i have always loved pastries and desserts. Hence i was left wondering why in such sophiscated society like singapore, we are unable to get other pastry varieties other than the cupcakes and donuts.
i chanced upon a popular dessert, originated from france - crumbles and fell in love with its rich buttery taste on the crust and crumble toppings while having my taste buds pampered by the freshness of fruit fillings within. i knew singapore has to taste this.
after a long research and development period, i managed to create my own receipe of the crumbles yet maintaining the traditional flavors.
